Fate took us back to Carroz, where we had met in 1990... and since July 2007 we take great pleasure in welcoming you in our gourmet restaurant A.P.O.
Gourmet... it means enjoying happy times in a cosy and convivial atmosphere, and savouring a refined cooking, letting your eyes taste the first mouthful.
All our heart we put into our restaurant is made of the passion we have to do our job the best we can…
We want to get our customers as we receive friends at Home…
As at home, and for additional pleasure, we have created a Lounge, the A.P.O. Lounge Bar, and an elegant terrace in the shade of big white parasols.
At Lounge Bar, you can relax having aperitif before eating, or you can discover, in the afternoon, our teas of the world, our ice creams, and our cocktails without alcohol.

CLOSE ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY IN THE LOW SEASON (SPRING AND AUTUMN)
In the cosy setting of our little rooms or on the wood deck of our terrace, we offer to you a refined and varied cooking in Menu-Carte form. This Menu Carte has a wide selection of starters, fishes, meats, puddings.
Moreover we suggest to you a Discovery Menu at 25 €, announced on a slate.
Lunchtimes, from Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays) :
Set meal, Royal Burger, Large Salad for 12 €
The Menu-Carte change twice a year, in early May and November. It enables you to choose freely your meal according to your tastes and your appetite.

Perigord salad of smoked duck breast and foie gras
Italian salad with parmesan crips, candied tomatoes, marinated artichokes and stick with parma type ham
Savoyarde salad with parma type ham and savoyarde cheeses in hot and cold (15 minute wait)
Cassolette of veal kidneys cooked with raspberry vinegar, served with mesclun (15 minute wait)
Chef's special pâté, with onion jam and mesclun
Terrine of duck Foie Gras, with fig chutney, small toasted bread and mesclun
Smoked salmon served with chive double cream and little pancakes
Chef's special hot velouté
Gourmet plate of antipasti "Chef's style" (large plate of varied starters ; supplement 5,50 €)
(20 minutes wait if no starter has been ordered)
Melted Reblochon cheese on potatoes, bacon and girolles mushrooms, served with parma type ham and a salad with walnut
Roasted Saint Felicien cheese, little sauted potatoes, parma type ham and salad with walnut
Fillet of Saint Pierre fish, with a provencale olive oil, ratatouille and sauted potatoes
Fillet of halibut served with a lobster sauce, oriental semolina and small vegetables
Beef tartare (raw meat), made by yourself or by the Chef, served with chips and mesclun
Rumpsteak with foie gras sauce, chips and vegetables
Steaklet of duck with bilberries, pancakes of potatoes and small vegetables
Gourmet vegetarian plate (large plate of varied vegetables and starchy food)
In order to avoid a long wait, we advise dessert to be ordered at the start of the meal
Selection of local cheeses (Reblochon, Beaufort, Tomme Crayeuse) served with mesclun
Golden Olum tarte from Alsace region, orchard sorbet and a little glass of eau de vie
Rum Baba, with whisked cream and red fruits
Chocolat parfait with custard
Hot chocolat melt, with intensely vanilla ice cream and custard
Apple upside-down tart and its double cream
Iced soufflé of Grand Marnier with its marinated oranges
